Dennis Roche

Dennis Roche is the Program Director for the Compensation & Employee Benefits; Compensation; and Executive Compensation Management I & II Councils at The Conference Board. Previously, Roche served as a Council member for the Council on Compensation and the Council on Employee Benefits. Roche is the former vice president of human resources at FedEx and has served in a number of leadership roles for over 30 years in human resources.

In addition to his work with The Conference Board, Dennis is a member of the Business Talent Group (BTG), which provides interim assignments to various businesses in HR leadership roles and is also a consultant with Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) where he provides consulting services to businesses, consultants, and vendors on specific HR topics, primarily in the area of compensation and benefits. His experience includes management of compensation and benefits for over 120,000 employees for FedEx and of executive development, staff and hourly recruitment, and safety and employee resolution processes. Roche also has previous work experience in various human resources positions with Sherwin-Williams, Mattel, and Flying Tiger Line.

Dennis has a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and a Master’s Degree (MBA) from the Thunderbird Global School of Management.
