Passionate about the transformational power of diversity once unleashed by inclusion, Diana Navas-Rosette has spent over 18 years across multiple industries creating strategies that enable cultural transformation. Diana is the Sr. D&I Director or of Global Communities, Strategic Solutions, and Innovation; leading Microsoft efforts to understand current and future trends and incubating solutions that accelerate the pace of innovation in D&I. Diana and her team envision, develop, and deliver innovative, scalable, and sustainable enterprise-wide solutions that inform and influence organizational habits and norms. Prior to Microsoft, Diana served in a range of D&I and HR roles, where she developed broad and varied human capital management expertise in business transformation, innovation, change leadership, and organizational design. Diana possesses broad, cross functional, human resources leadership experience and a vast knowledge of U.S and global D&I issues. Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Diana holds a M.S. in Management and a B.S. in Psychology, both from the University of Central Florida.
