Diane Evans is the Program Director for Talent Management Executives Council III. Diane has been involved with The Conference Board for many years and started as a member of Talent Management Executives Council I.

Diane has over 25 years of experience leading a variety of talent and HR functions for multiple industries including financial services, technology, healthcare, and telecommunications. Most recently, Diane held talent management executive roles at Sequoia Consulting, UnityPoint Health, and Wells Fargo. At UnityPoint Health, she stepped in as acting CHRO during the pandemic to steer people practices through a time of unprecedented change and transformation.

Throughout her career, Diane has led teams to build and scale organization-wide talent strategies in a holistic, inclusive, and agile way. She’s known as a leader who aligns talent approaches to business results and uses data to inform decisions. Additionally, Diane is an advocate for integrating well-being and belonging practices across the entire talent lifecycle to attract, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs over time. Her passion is developing deep and diverse talent pipelines using experience-based opportunities to build capability.

Diane holds a MEd degree with emphasis in human resources and organizational development from Colorado State University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northwest Missouri State University.
