Diane is Senior Vice President of Customer Advocacy and Insights at CVS Health. She is responsible for deepening the understanding of the consumer, driving higher engagement and customer loyalty, and developing a culture of customer-centricity. Prior to joining CVS Health, Diane was Senior Vice President of Go-To-Market solutions at Medallia, a global leader in Experience Management, where she led a team of principals across all verticals, horizontals and geographies, focused on driving growth. She also worked with Medallia's largest and most complex customers, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance on customer experience programs. Diane began her career at Citi, where she was Managing Director and Head of Global Insights for Citi’s Global Consumer businesses, having spent over 25 years at Citi in various roles leading areas such as customer experience measurement, digital analytics, consumer insights, marketing and branding effectiveness and decision management. Diane is passionate about driving change through the power of data and insights-led customer and employee experience.
