Dickon is the President of Lantern, the specialty care platform connecting people with the best care when they need it most. Lantern’s network is comprised of the nation’s top specialists for surgery, cancer care, infusions and more, and delivers excellent care with significant cost savings to employers and their workforces. In his role as President, Dickon oversees all Commercial lines of the business, including Sales, Client Success, Provider Networks, Consultant Relations, Marketing, and Partnerships. He previously served as the company’s chief commercial officer and chief strategy officer, overseeing the launch of the company's industry leading cancer care program. Before joining EDH, Dickon was the Chief Commercial Officer at WithMe Health, a pharmacy benefit manager. Prior to that, he helped run Big Health, a digital therapeutics company with a focus on mental health. During his time there, Dickon grew the business to cover 2.5 million members and launched a first-of-its-kind strategic partnership with CVS, which became the CVS Point Solution Management Systems. Dickon attended and graduated with a bachelor’s from Eton College and a master’s from The University of Edinburgh.
