Dilip Bhatia is Chief Experience Officer, who leads all facets of the total experience, including global Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and Digital Experience for customers, partners, and employees (EX).

By uniting the company’s experience-related disciplines under a mantra of ‘all voices matter’, he enables employees to prioritize, embrace, and enact on CX, UX, and EX-centric processes to generate personalized, holistic, and inclusive experiences for all.

Delivering data-driven insights to every business unit, Dilip leads Lenovo from being product-centric to a more customer-centric organization that listens to and learns from all of its employees, partners and customers.

His user experience (UX) organization works collaboratively to recommend innovative design approaches for the next-gen and future generations of products and services that truly celebrate diversity (via our Product Diversity Office) for all consumer, commercial and SMB PCs, AR/VR and smart device offerings, counting the legendary ThinkPad X1 family, premium Yoga PCs, Lenovo Legion gaming devices and more in Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group.

Prior to this, Dilip was General Manager of the ThinkPad Business Unit and helped to launch the iconic ThinkPad X1 family. He also served a four-year stint in Beijing on international assignment as the Executive Director of Product Marketing for ThinkCentre Commercial Desktop line of offerings.

Dilip has over 20 years of experience at both Lenovo and IBM in various roles. Dilip graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an MBA degree and has a Computer Engineering degree from North Carolina State University. He is based in Morrisville, North Carolina.
