Dion Groeneweg is a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at the Conference Board. In addition, Dion is the Program Director for the Workforce Analytics Institute Council.
Dion has 30 years of experience designing and implementing human capital-related solutions: namely, HR Transformation, Workforce Planning and Analytics, HR processes, HR technologies and change management. As senior business leader and Human Capital expert, he provides advice to senior business leaders to guide their business transformation, HR system strategy and process programs.
He has significant cross industry experience; High Tech, Energy (Oil & Gas), Financial Services (Banking & Insurance), Retail, Natural Resources, Manufacturing, Higher Education and Health sectors. His work has taken him to South East Asia, Southern and West Africa, North America, United Kingdom and Australia. He is based in Singapore.
In 2015, Dion in collaboration with the Conference Board established the Asian Workforce Analytics Institute. Since then, he has conducted webinars, learning academies and contributed to the research produced by the Institute.
In his most recent role, Dion led Mercer’s Centre of Excellence for Workforce Planning and Analytics and HR Transformation for their growth markets region (Japan, China, South East Asia, Middle East Africa and LATAM). Prior to this, he was the founder and CEO of the Cape Group, a specialist human capital strategy firm. Before establishing the Cape Group, he was a partner at Deloitte where he was the Regional Director for Human Capital for the Asia-Pacific and Africa Region.
