Divya Raghunathan

Divya Raghunathan is the Director of Total Rewards for North America at Tapestry, Inc. the first New York based house of modern luxury lifestyle brands (Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman). Divya is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the organization’s compensation programs for all employees in North America. Prior to joining Tapestry, she held various HR consulting roles at Huron Consulting Group and EY across multiple industries and subject matter areas, including: HR operations, compensation, retirement benefits, health & welfare benefits, HR service delivery, business carve-outs and spin-off transactions, and post-acquisition integration. She has a passion for process improvement and thrives on learning how things work and exploring new ideas to increase efficiency.
