Dominique Côté is currently Vice-President, Employee Experience and Communications at TMX Group and has accountability for the strategic direction and operations of employee communications, employee engagement, charitable giving, linguistic services, employee wellness, employee recognition, and employee experience.

With 20+ years of experience in the field, she was previously Head of TMX’s Employee Communications team. She also spent five years with Holt Renfrew leading employee communications, and five years applying her skills in the insurance industry with Sun Life and Standard Life.

Dominique graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts, and also obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Miami, in Communications for Public Relations.
