Donal Boudreau oversaw all of Chase's consumer operations worldwide. He was a vice chairman and the head of the consumer-banking businesses. He sat on Chase's executive committee, its senior policymaking group.

Boudreau retired in 2000 and was succeeded by former Bank of America chief executive David Coulter.
