Dotan Ziv is the Head of U.S. Benefits Design and Strategy at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the portfolio of benefits for the firm’s 300K+ employees. He is responsible for the assessment and implementation of new healthcare initiatives, as well as evaluating and tracking the effectiveness of each. Dotan is known for his expertise in identifying and implementing forward-thinking health care solutions, and collaborating with strategic partners on progressive solutions that target the evolving needs of employees and their families, contributing significantly to the firm’s standout success in this space. Dotan also leads the HR relationship with Morgan Health, JPMorgan Chase’s health care business, which is focused on improving health care outcomes, equity and affordability for the 160M+ Americans who receive their health care through their employer. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Dotan led Healthcare and Retirement Benefits at Verizon, and he has also held leadership roles in benefits consulting at Fidelity Investments and Hewitt Associates. Dotan is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
