With responsibility for Culture, Change and Organization Development for Bayer U.S., Drew and his team are focused on enabling leaders, and teams, to effectively develop, change, and connect through capability building, internal consultation and bringing best practices to the organization. Drew is passionate about making change purposeful and practical and has been fortunate to lead significant change and transformation work across acquisitions, culture change, and technology implementations. Drew holds Doctorate and Master Degrees in Industrial Organization Psychology from Saint Louis University.
