Edwige A. Robinson Senior Vice President, Regional Network Engineering and Operations Edwige joined T-Mobile in 2020 to lead, build and transform T-Mobile's 5G network. In this role, Edwige is overseeing over 900+ employees and 3000+ Contractors serving the central region which expands from western Pennsylvania across the Midwest to the Rocky Mountain states of Utah and Colorado. With over quarter-century of experience in technology transformation and growth acceleration, she is committed to advancing 5G innovation to drive growth for T-Mobile. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Edwige has held several leadership positions within the telecom industry giants, including Comcast NBC Universal, the largest broadband and PayTV operator in the United States with over 30 million customers and $58B in revenue. There, she led Xfinity Mobile Engineering services, resulting in improving Customers NPS by +20 and making Xfinity Mobile #1 in customer experience in the MVNO class. She was instrumental in the successful implementing of Agile Methodologies discipline within Xfinity Mobile, Retail, and Convergence. Edwige also held positions as Head Technologist and Strategist at Charter Communications and Principal Technologist at Clearwire. Edwige's career also includes roles at CommScope, Verizon Wireless, Nortel, and AT&T. During her tenure, these businesses achieved record subscriber’s growth and the companies’ highest levels of customer satisfaction. Edwige has driven inclusion and equity efforts throughout her career. She is passionate about championing women in technology and believes being an authentic role model in the leadership realm is part of her calling. She supports gender inclusivity in the workplace and works tirelessly towards that goal. She was recently recognized by Aleria Tech as one of the “Awesome Black Women Everyone Should Know” and by the 1 million STEM women as a Visible Role Model who inspires the next generation of girls. She also sits on several Advisory Boards driving STEM education to underserved communities. She helps organizations understand and leverage diversity; while engaging, energizing and empowering employees to excel.
