Edwin Mouriño is a Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center at The Conference Board. He has 30+ years of leading key elements of organizational change projects. Dr. Mouriño is a USAF veteran with extensive experience in leadership development executive coaching, team development diversity, learning & development executive retreats, and organizational change.
Dr. Mouriño brings broad industry experience. He has served as a thought leader in his focus areas by enabling a learning organization by integrating organizational strategy with a corporate university infrastructure. He has also served as an assistant professor at Rollins College, where he educated undergraduate and graduate business MBA and HR students. As the founder and president of Human Intelligent (HI) Workplace, he spearheads an organization committed to assisting leaders in their personal growth through effective leadership, team development, and executive coaching.
He has written several articles and is the author and co-editor of several books on various HR topics. He obtained his PhD in Human Resource Development at Barry University.
