Edwin Mouriño

Edwin Mouriño is a Senior Fellow in Human Capital Center at The Conference Board. He has 30+ years of leading key elements of organizational change projects. Dr. Mouriño is a USAF veteran who brings extensive experience in leadership development executive coaching, team development diversity,  learning & development executive retreats, and organizational change.

In addition, he brings broad industry experience. He has served as a thought leader in his areas of focus and by enabling a learning organization by integrating organizational strategy with a corporate university infrastructure. He has also served in the capacity of Assistant Professor at Rollins college educating Business undergraduate and graduate MBA and HR students.

He has written several articles and is the author and co-editor of several books on various HR topics and is Founder and President of his organization, Human Capital Development: Helping Leaders Help Themselves.
