SWORD Health

Liz Santo is a licensed physical therapist focused on addressing musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions. She was a gymnast for 9 years and a gymnastics coach for several years thereafter, when she discovered her love for movement analysis and helping others reach their goals using a holistic approach. Her love for exercise and helping others has inspired a personal mission to increase awareness, affordability and accessibility to Physical Therapy at a large scale. At Sword Health, Liz is a Clinical Specialist for both Sword and Bloom, and her responsibilities include guiding members through both programs, demoing the Sword and Bloom solutions and member experiences externally, and serving as a clinical subject matter expert. Liz earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from San Diego State University. She is Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In her free time she enjoys staying active running through the boroughs of New York City, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog.
