Elle has been a Human Resources professional in the total rewards and people operations space for the last 25+ years. She is currently the VP, People Operations for Crunchyroll (a Sony Pictures Entertainment company) and oversees Global Total Rewards, Payroll, People Systems and the Shared Services functions. Additionally, she currently serves as an advisor to People Technology start-ups through her affiliation with PeopleTech Partners. She is passionate about designing and implementing innovative solutions to advance a company’s mission. Her deep empathy, compassion and drive to create some of the best people programs around has helped organizations she supports reach and exceed their goals.
