Ellen is Executive Director, HR Benefits at CVS Health where she leads the strategic design and delivery of best-in-class benefit plans for the company’s 300,000+ colleagues and retirees.  Ellen began her career at Aetna as a Staff Accountant before leaving to provide client employers with expertise in the design of employee benefit plans as a broker consultant, re-joining the company in 2007. Ellen holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Healthcare Management.
