Emma Beard

Emma Beard is Vice President Global ESG Reporting and Engagement, and Global Sustainable Packaging for Mondel?z International, a global company leading the future of snacking with 2021 net revenues of approximately $29 billion. In this role, Emma leads all aspects of the organization’s Global ESG Reporting and engagement, and development of the Global Sustainable Packaging strategy and activation programs. Emma has been with Mondel?z International for over 20 years having spent time in Finance, Supply Chain and Growth Strategy, and Sustainability. Emma’s breadth of cross functional experience, strategic capabilities, and ability to deliver transformational change have enabled her to drive the complex ESG Reporting and disclosures agenda for the organization. Further, Emma’s operational experience has been pivotal in the development of the refreshed and holistic Sustainable Packaging Strategy. Emma has extensive international experience and has lived and worked in North America, and Europe. She has an Executive MBA from Birmingham University, UK.
