Eric Denkhoff

Eric Denkhoff joined Boeing in 2019 as a Senior Manager in the enterprise Change Management & Organizational Capability team.  Eric has more than 25 years of consulting experience at IBM and Ernst & Young / CapGemini, where he provided organizational change expertise in the context of systems implementation, shared services /outsourcing implementation, process improvement, cost reduction programs, activity based costing and general performance improvement initiatives.  During his time at IBM, Eric helped build the internal Organizational Change Center of Excellence where he supported IBM’s global transformation program and grew organizational change capability across the enterprise. Eric lives in Dallas, TX.
