Growing up in a military family, Erin developed an early passion for meeting new people, learning new things, and exploring new places. Upon graduation from the College of William & Mary, Erin channeled her love for business, psychology, and art into a career in Marketing and General Management.

After several years in the financial services sector, she pursued her MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. Upon receiving her Masters, she transitioned into the fast-moving consumer goods industry, where she honed her marketing skills working at General Mills and L’Oreal, in the US market, as well as in European Regional Marketing roles in the UK and Switzerland.

Erin joined Pfizer, Inc. in 2008, driven by a desire to apply her business and marketing talents to make a meaningful difference in Patients’ lives. Over the last 15 years, Erin has demonstrated strong leadership and high performance across multiple Pfizer business units and portfolios. She values growing talent within the organization and champions customer-centric innovation to drive positive change to better serve customer needs.

Erin currently manages the Vaccines and Internal Medicine portfolios (Primary Care) for Pfizer Polska, a broad and complex portfolio focused on disease-preventing vaccines and life-improving therapies.
