Erin joined Employer Direct Healthcare as SVP Consultant Relations in early 2023 from almost 30 years in employer benefits consulting. In national leadership roles, she helped launch and organize firm-wide efforts around the evaluation and implementation of emerging provider and network strategies (including COEs and high performance networks). She is a recognized industry expert around benefits strategies to advance health care value, employee well-being, total rewards strategy, and diversity, equity, & inclusion.
