Erin Vincent currently serves as the Vice President of Global Business Services for Sonoco Products Company where she leverages her passion for people, process and technology to lead the organization through the transformation to a GBS model, which began in the early parts of 2022. Erin has 18 years of experience prior to joining GBS, leading people through change, implementing technology, centralizing HR services, and driving digital improvements from her career in Human Resources. She has her Masters in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and her BA, Human Resources undergraduate degree from Temple University. She lives today in Hartsville, SC, the home of Sonoco Products Company, with her husband and twin daughters.
