Eugene Tan

Eugene is the Managing Director of Emvolution, a consultancy focused on transforming the supply chain and enabling companies to grow in Asia.

He had over 30 years of Industry experience before retiring as BPs Director of Global Supply Chain Asia & Pacific, leading the development of bulk and packed supply chain strategy and execution for the Asia and Pacific regions including the Middle East. After he retired, he took the role of Chief Executive of the Asian Lubricants Industry Association before stepping down in 2023.

Before BP he worked at Shell where he developed broad end-to-end experience covering supply chain, product quality & advocacy, e-commerce, retail and commercial business, refinery operations, technology, and supply trading.

Eugene graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Masters degree in Law.
