Faith Krebs is a Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center of The Conference Board. Faith is a master performance consultant and the business owner of “The ROI Generator.”

She is a trusted business advisor who coaches leaders and business owners how to optimize and accelerate business results. Faith has consulted with small, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies to address their business needs. She partners with her clients to develop customized performance solutions that improve top- and bottom-line growth, the work environment, and employee engagement to create an agile, proficient, and productive workforce.

Faith draws upon decades of experience working for McDonald’s Corporation as an executive in field operations; learning, talent development and performance; and leading worldwide organizational strategies and solutions that drove profitable, sustainable, and scalable business growth. Faith led the global learning and performance organization and developed a highly skilled team that partnered with employees in other areas of the world to design, develop, and deploy global core, performance-based learning solutions for 1.6 million employees spanning 118 countries.

Faith is also a certified ROI professional and a certified facilitator for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the largest global professional organization of its kind.
