Felicia Bachman Chenault

Felicia Chenault, Senior Director in Digital Acceleration at Walmart, leads change and journey management for Finance Transformation. She keeps associates engaged with a compelling vision of the future, orchestrating cross-portfolio connections and ensuring the organization is ready for change. 

Felicia Chenault began her career teaching English in South Korea after graduating from the University of Nebraska with a Marketing degree. Her passion for learning and problem-solving has driven her 15-plus year career at Walmart, where she has led change management, communications, and training across transformations within technology, HR, stores, logistics, merchandising, and global sourcing, spanning multiple countries. 

Felicia Chenault encourages others to embrace change with her positive attitude and passion for improvement. She develops her teams and mentees, having led Women’s Resource Council Mentoring Circles and volunteered as a MiFuturo Mentor for at-risk 8th graders. Felicia is certified in SHRM-CP, PHR, NeuroLeadership Institute Brain-Based Coaching, and PROSCI change management. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, food tours, painting, and competing in bake-off challenges.
