As Americas Chief Wellbeing Officer, Frank works to create a culture of caring that holistically addresses the physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing needs of EY people.

He was previously East Region Leader for People Advisory Services, advising clients on organization effectiveness, talent management and culture transformation.

He holds a BS in Management and Organizations from Penn State University.
