Gail Garvey is the Head of Benefits Design on the Benefits & Wellbeing team at MassMutual.  Serving in this capacity, Gail is responsible for managing vendor relationships, developing strategy, design, pricing and planning for the health and welfare benefits offered to employees, agents, and retirees.

Gail began her career at MassMutual 27 years ago in Corporate Finance before joining HR where she held a variety of positions prior to joining the Benefits & Wellbeing team in 2020.  Gail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Western New England University. Gail resides in MA with her husband and son.
