Gautier Engisch is the Council Director for The Conference Board Intellectual Property Executives Council. Gautier is also Vice-President and Associate General Counsel at Procter & Gamble, where he leads the EMEA Patents group. In this position, he oversaw about 50 patent professionals in Europe and advised Procter & Gamble’s senior management on intellectual property issues. Gautier has authored numerous P&G patents and patent applications has led a number of oppositions and hearings in the EPO, and has been involved in license agreements, acquisitions and divestitures, in mediation and in litigation. Gautier was also the Co-Chair of the European Practice Committee of IPO (IP Owners Association), and he teaches patent law at CEIPI-EPI.
