Geren is a Managing Director in Edelman’s Transformation practice. Geren brings over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, organizational strategy and change, and employee engagement. Geren partners with clients at the executive and functional levels to develop large-scale workforce and change communications programs designed to deepen stakeholder engagement and drive business performance. At Edelman, Geren focuses on engaging hard to reach workforces, labor and crisis communications, and communicating change and transformation initiatives. She also leads Edelman’s Organizational Design practice, working with communications leaders to analyze their strategic, operational, and cultural challenges and opportunities in the context of large-scale functional redesigns and communications strategy advancement. With a background in management consulting, Geren has worked extensively in the US and internationally in the commercial, government, higher education, and non-profit sectors.
