Kohler Co., is a global leader in the manufacture of kitchen & bath and power products, and an owner and operator of five-star hotels and golf courses.She serves as a strategic business advisor and oversees HR policies, processes, and practices for HR Business Partners globally, as well as HR centers of expertise including talent development, talent acquisition, employment brand & HR communications, global benefits, compensation, analytics, and digital HR. She is a key supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to maximize workplace experience and to achieve business results.

Over her 16-year career with Kohler Co., Ginger has advanced in human resources positions in
Customer Service, Fixtures Supply Chain, and Kitchen & Bath Americas. She also spent five years with Ariens Co., where she held the roles of Vice President, Human Resources, and Group President, Ariens Specialty Brands. Ginger returned to Kohler Co. in 2018 as Director, Corporate Human Resources, where she built strong global relationships with her team, operationalized the HR strategy, and established partnerships with the Enterprise executive leaders. In 2019, Ginger was promoted to Vice President – Enterprise Human Resources, which expanded her scope to include multiple global HR teams. Most recently, Ginger served as Vice President, Human Resources, Kitchen & Bath Group, where she played a key role in embedding new ways of working, drove strategies for improving associate engagement and managed ongoing business and market challenges.

Ginger earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She holds a senior professional in human resources certification and is a graduate of the Wharton Executive Education’s Chief Human Resources Officer Program from the University of Pennsylvania.
