Ginny Gray

Ginny Gray is the Global Coaching, Assessments, and Facilitation HR Director, driving Intel’s strategy for one on one and group engagement and development solutions for leaders, managers, and employees. She’s been with Intel Corporation for 30 years in a variety of roles including HR management, organizational development leadership, and program management. She is committed to the team, the process, and the individual, while helping them on their path of growth and discovery. Ginny is passionate about connecting others to a network of people, resources, and fulfilling careers. She loves to help others find their passion and support them in their evolution and progression. Ginny is a Hudson Institute Certified Leadership Coach. She holds a Masters in Psychology, in Organizational Behavior and a BS in Management Information Systems. Outside of work, Ginny enjoys spending time with her10 yr old son and family, enjoying new foods & wine, and is looking forward to resuming reconnecting with friends, live music, and traveling soon!
