Giovanna Ferrari

Ms. Ferrari is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She is the Co-Chair of Seyfarth's Impact & ESG Practice Group, as well as the Co-Chair of the San Francisco Litigation Group and a member of Seyfarth's National Litigation Leadership Team. Ms. Ferrari's practice focuses on providing advice to Board members and C-Level Executives, conducting internal investigations, and handling complex disputes at all stages of litigation, including first-chairing high profile trials.
