Gloria Stinson is the Program Director for The Conference Board Corporate Well-Being & Strategic Health Leadership council. Gloria brings a strong background in Human Resources Management with an emphasis in Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness to this role, along with a passion for holistic wellness and coaching. Gloria was also a former member of The Conference Board Talent Management Council.

In addition to her work with The Conference Board, Gloria is the sole proprietor of a coaching practice that supports the development of next generation leaders, and serves as a volunteer mentor for the Women Unlimited organization in the San Francisco bay area. Gloria is the Founding Coach for The Coaching Fellowship supporting next generation women leaders between the ages of 25-35 globally and serves as a volunteer coach for Women Helping Women (WHW)/ Men2Work; a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive employment support services to empower disadvantaged men, women and teens to achieve economic self-sufficiency through employment success.

Prior to the launch of her business, Gloria was the Vice President, of Learning and Development at Adobe where she and her team developed leadership development and talent management programs to support the growth of high potential talent. During her 15-year career at Adobe, Gloria also held the position of Vice President, Global Human Resources Consulting where she gained considerable international experience and together with her global business partner team developed HR strategies and solutions to drive employee engagement and support Adobe’s growth and transformation.

Gloria completed a formalized coach training program with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) to supplement her work experience and is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
