Grace joined Lincoln Financial in 2012 working in the disability claims operation managing Short Term Disability claims for a period of time before transitioning into account management in 2014. Since joining the Account Management organization, she has been consistently recognized as a high performer earning Account Manager of the Year and National Account Executive of the Year multiple times. Additionally, she serves as one of the Board Chairs of the internal Lincoln Account Management Advisory Board, utilizing her expertise and skillset to identify areas of efficiencies within the account management organization. Based in the Bay Area, her current book of business consists primarily of high-tech customers, however also includes clients in the educational sector as well as in the hospital/health care industry. She enjoys the challenge of managing complex plan designs and helping to implement outside of the box solutions for her customers. As a National Account Executive, Grace is focused on ensuring a smooth employee experience and simplifying the lives of her customers and HR/Benefit teams through increased efficiencies. Grace takes a great deal of pride in forming strong customer service relationships and looks forward to bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to her customers. Grace lives in San Francisco, CA with her two cats, Rosie and Winnie, and loves cheering on her hometown teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals and her alma mater, the Missouri Tigers.
