Graciela G. Meibar is the Program Director for the Opportunity & Access Optimizers Councils I and II as well as a Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center at The Conference Board. She is a consultant and executive coach with 30 years of corporate experience, including 20 years in line and senior management and 15 years of leading and consulting on growth opportunities for leaders and organizations.

Graciela is a seasoned senior executive with a proven track record in leadership development, people management, relationship management, and launching new initiatives. Graciela spent 30 years at Mattel Inc., where she built a reputation as a global, inclusive, people-focused leader, trusted mentor, and results-driven strategist. Her extensive experience provides business insight and a unique advantage for leaders navigating change, whether at a personal, industry, or organizational level. She specializes in diversity and inclusion, commercial team development, and leadership development, working with leaders who seek to create new dynamics for their teams and organizations.

Graciela holds a bachelor of arts in international relations from the University of Southern California and an MBA in management from Pepperdine University. She believes that an inclusive culture drives innovation—an ethos deeply rooted in her life experiences as a Cuban immigrant. Encouraged by her parents to embrace authenticity while fostering inclusion, she brings a global perspective to business and leadership. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and bicultural, which enhances her ability to work across diverse industries and geographies.
