Greg works across industries and with companies at different stages of growth, including companies in the technology, industrial, retail/consumer goods, and healthcare sectors. He advises companies ranging in size and stage, from pre-IPO and emerging growth companies to established Fortune 50 organizations. He is known for his collaborative approach and commitment to helping his clients find the best solution.

In addition to his experience as a consultant, Greg also worked for several years in a corporate HR leadership role, where he was responsible for leading the compensation, benefits, and HR operations functions for a company with over 50,000 employees.
