Guillaume Delacour, with a background in engineering from France and Germany, embarked on his career in 1998 as a telecommunications consultant for Altran Technologies. In this role, he worked on international projects across Europe and the USA. Following an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, obtained in 2003, Guillaume ventured into the executive education sector. He continued his HR career with Goodyear Dunlop, spanning from 2006 to 2017, embracing various HR roles in Europe, the Middle-East, and Africa.

In 2017, Guillaume joined ABB and relocated to Zurich, Switzerland. He initially took on global responsibilities in Talent Management and served as an HR Business Partner for ABB’s Electrification business. Currently, he leads People Development globally at ABB, championing a culture of "Learn, Connect, Grow" among the 100,000 employees. His blend of engineering and HR expertise fuels his enthusiasm for Generative AI, which he believes will revolutionize learning, connecting, and growing in the very near future.

Outside work, Guillaume is a passionate ski mountaineer and climber. His guiding mantra, inspired by Jean-Louis Etienne, is "One does not push one’s limits, one discovers them", and a guiding book is “The Rock Warrior’s Way” by Arno Ilgner.
