Dr. Hannah Foldes

Dr. Hannah Foldes is Talent Director for Global Operations at General Mills. Key responsibilities include developing and deploying talent strategy, activating global talent processes, accelerating development for top talent, and implementing data-driven processes to improve talent decision making and outcomes. Dr. Foldes has over 15 years of talent management consulting experience and has designed and implemented key elements of client talent management programs across a range of organizations and industries. In addition to her consulting activities, Dr. Foldes is a past Board Member of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work (MPPAW) and has presented her research to practitioner and academic audiences at meetings of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), American Psychological Association (APA), and European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP). Dr. Foldes has published her research in technical reports and peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
