Harris Ginsberg serves as Program Director for the Leadership Development and Performance Management conferences of The Conference Board. He brings to this role over three decades of experience as advisor, coach, and consultant to organizations in the areas of talent management and global leadership development. As a practicing psychologist, he has worked with Fortune 500 clients worldwide who value him for his thought leadership, ability to synthesize a broad spectrum of information and perspectives, and facilitate groups of diverse stakeholders to converge relevant strategies and action plans.

Ginsberg founded HRG Consulting LLC to optimize the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations for public and non-profit organizations.  He has spearheaded global initiatives at Pfizer, IBM, ADP, JPMorgan Chase, and Colgate Palmolive for high potential identification and development, learning, succession planning, performance management, and coaching.

Ginsberg contributed to Executive Coaching for Results: the Definitive Guide to Developing Organizational Leaders (2007).  Prior to his corporate career, Harris taught applied psychology at Choate Rosemary Hall School, followed by an academic career at the University of Delaware, and New York University.  Harris earned his PhD in Counseling Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, with minors in Adult Learning (School of Education) and Organizational Behavior (Wharton), M.Ed. in Counseling at the University of Hartford and BS in Psychology at Union College (Schenectady).
