Heather leads consultant partnerships as a key member of Nox Health’s Growth team. Based in the Chicago suburbs, Heather is a seasoned employee health strategist with nearly 25 years developing, expanding and evaluating programs that address the physical and mental health of employer populations. As a benefit consultant, Heather developed and implemented clinical and wellbeing strategies for large and jumbo employers and developed strategic solutions for mid- and smaller-sized employers. She has supported employers in areas related to clinical / care management auditing, onsite and near site clinics, specialty care, reducing barriers to care, and mental health and wellbeing programming. Additionally, Heather was responsible for industry leading survey research related to employer health care costs, benefit design, clinical and care management and wellbeing programming.

 

Heather has spent the last several years helping highly impactful specialty vendors in the navigation, cardiometabolic, mental health and chronic condition solution space with employer purchaser needs. Prior to this, Heather served as a Principal on Mercer’s Total Health Management (now MercerWell) team and developed the Mercer Mid-Market Valued Service Provider vendor panel as well as working with Mercer’s most complex jumbo and large clients in wellbeing and population health strategy. She was a Key Account Executive at Humana where she implemented and managed the first ever self-insured Medicare Advantage program. As a benefit consultant at PwC and Hewitt, Heather developed clinical and wellness strategies for state governments, large employers and retiree groups and assessed vendors and health plans who were implemented to carry out those strategies.

 

Prior to jumping into the world of employee benefits, Heather was the QA/UR Director at an 18-site children's mental health program and helped develop Medicaid Chilcren’s Mental Health Regulatory code for the State of Illinois. Heather has a BS and an MPH from Tulane University and an MBA from Roosevelt University.
