Heather Denkert is the Senior Manager of Health and Wellness at United Airlines and has responsibility for managing United’s medical, pharmacy, mental health, dental, vision, and clinical navigation programs. United’s plans cover approximately 125,000 active and retired employees across the U.S, Guam, and international hubs, and include unique benefits negotiated with various labor groups.

Prior to joining United, Heather managed health, wellness and retirement benefits for a global manufacturing company where she oversaw the integration of benefits within a comprehensive wellness and navigation platform. Her background also includes extensive experience in the development and implementation of community, patient and employee health and wellness programs for hospital and non-profit healthcare organizations.

Heather has a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Nebraska and a Masters in Health Administration from Ohio University.
