Helen is an experienced Rewards & Global Mobility professional, and has held various roles in both Big 4 consulting and the Pharma industry in UK and Switzerland. 

Helen is currently responsible for delivering Compensation services for the non-Executive population at Novartis globally, as well as leading the implementation of Novartis’ global pay equity, pay transparency and gender pay gap reporting commitments.  Helen is passionate about improving the experience of work and Rewards.
