Hilary Bland is the Director of Change Management & Organizational Capability at The Boeing Company. She and her team are responsible for building and reinforcing Boeing’s enterprise change capability in order to accelerate the pace and impact of Boeing’s transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Boeing in 2018, Hilary held a number of organizational change and transformation positions with IBM, including as an Associate Partner in the Talent & Engagement Global Center of Competence, and as an Executive Consultant in the Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence focused on building IBM’s internal change capability.  Previously, Hilary was an Assistant Director with Ernst & Young’s Center for People Process Innovation. Hilary currently represents Boeing on the Change & Transformation Council of the Conference Board. A graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York, Hilary holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, where she currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Alumnae Association. Hilary lives in Washington, DC.
