Hilary Neu

Hilary Neu is a Senior Manager on the Executive Talent team at CVS Health. She manages the readiness of the executive pipeline through executive coaching and assessments and owns executive onboarding. Hilary has over 16 years in the talent management space, with developed expertise in executive coaching and facilitation along with strong experience in executive succession and development planning. This follows a 15 year career in a broad range of business line roles. She is a strong strategic thinker, leader, and relationship builder. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from Northwestern University along with Evidence Based Coaching and Leadership and Management Effectiveness Certificates from Fielding Graduate University. She is certified in working with Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, 360, ESCI and Learning Agility assessments as well as our mySuccess 360, MBTI, EQi 2.0 and 360, DISC, and Hogan. She has three children, is passionate about health and wellness, and enjoys triathlons. She currently resides in Barrington, RI.
