Ilana leads Corporate Board Engagement at Goldman Sachs. In this role, Ilana is responsible for spearheading our Director programming and engagement efforts, as well as helping our clients identify talent for their corporate boards, drawing on an extensive network of diverse board candidates. Previously, Ilana served as Chief of Staff for Global Investment Banking Services, where she developed and executed strategic initiatives to deepen client relationships and drive commercial growth across the Investment Banking franchise. Ilana received her MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
