Brian Powers

Brian Powers is a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board. He brings over three decades of experience at leading the Learning, Talent Management and OD functions at companies at various stages of growth – from startups to F100.

Brian’s practice is devoted to working with clients to build customized leadership development and talent management solutions that are as much about business enablement as they are about individual skill building. In particular, his practice has been working to define the implications of Digital Transformation on leadership – understanding how the management fundamentals have shifted as well as identifying what if means to lead the digital enterprise.

Brian is a gifted facilitator and program lead who, in addition to being a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board, teaches leadership and organizational behavior at Suffolk University, holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Massachusetts and has earned various certifications from Columbia University in the fields of HR and Organization Development.
