Re-Jin Guo is an associate professor of finance at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has published a number of articles in leading finance journals, including the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Finance, and Journal of Corporate Finance, among others. Guo has a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Minnesota, and teaches courses on corporate finance, venture capital, and valuation. She has been an invited speaker at numerous national and international finance conferences and at leading universities.
