Tom Nohel is an associate professor of finance at Loyola University in Chicago. He has published numerous papers in leading finance journals, including the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Review of Financial Studies, among others. Nohel has a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Minnesota, and teaches courses in corporate finance and governance, valuation, and financial derivatives. He has been an invited speaker at numerous national and international finance conferences and at leading universities.
