Nandani Lynton is Director of Leadership Development at Maersk in Copenhagen and adjunct professor of management at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai. She previously founded and ran an organizational consulting firm in China and was Vice President Asia of Thunderbird School of Global Management before joining CEIBS. Based in China from 1993-2012, Nandani has also worked in India, the US, Honduras, Germany, South Africa and 39 other countries.

With over two decades of international experience in the private and public sectors, she focuses on developing effective global leadership in organizations. This includes working with top management teams on counter-intuitive approaches to new markets, understanding the next leadership generation, and designing leadership development interventions.

Nandani Lynton is a frequent public speaker and writer, with articles on developments in Asia for Bloomberg Businessweek and publications in the Harvard Business Review, Organization Dynamics, and industry journals in addition to a range of more academic journals and books.

Nandani Lynton received a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from Cornell University.
