Allison Watson is an associate principal in the Washington, D.C., office of McKinsey and Company, where she focuses on human capital for the Americas Organization Practice. Watson serves clients across the energy, chemicals, automotive, industrial, and advanced electronics sectors, with a focus on workforce planning, HR transformations, and leadership development. She is currently leading McKinsey’s research on human capital transformations and advanced workforce analytics, with a focus on an overarching approach to talent supply and demand across internal and external global talent portfolios. Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University.
